Historical ref via Grafik Mag - Design Heroes Tony Forster...



Tony was my Tutor and Mentor at the old Bolton College of Art & Design for 4 years. During this time I had the privilege and the good fortune to be one of Tony's Type students from 77 to 81. He was my Tutor, mentor, and later good friend. Everything I know about Headline and Hand drawn type, and the finer points of Typography, I learned from Tony, knowledge I now pass on to my students. I wanted to show the overall colour development of the these colour palettes, and how they sequence. This is not the final sequence for the final multimedia presentation, but an indication of how they look visually when grouped.

The eyes have it...

This image is just a positional. New Photography will be created using volunteers, who have different coloured eyes and these will be included in the presentation sequence as previously posted.

One of the created colour patterns, this one for Manchester City Football Club, kit colours late 70's and the current 2010/11 season where they have brought this colour combination back for a 3rd kit.
